Police in Idaho released body-worn footage showing officers fatally shooting a knife-wielding, intellectually disabled teenage boy from the other side of a fence. 17-year-old Victor Perez, who was autistic, had a developmental disability and cerebral palsy, was taken off life support a day after being declared brain dead.
